Next to the date selector, you will see a status summary showing the current work activity of employees.
This section displays how many employees are:
Working – currently clocked in and active
On Break – temporarily paused during their shift
Clocked Out – not currently working
This provides a quick snapshot of your team’s activity for the day.
Note: Real-time status updates are exclusively available for the current date. If you navigate to a past date using the calendar, this information will not be displayed.
Real-time updates in the app
Real-time updates are not displayed the same way in the app. In fact, only foremen managing their crew’s time tracking can see real-time updates on the mobile app, and that is visible in the time tracking tab.
