To update profile details, click the avatar (top right) and select “Profile & Billing” to reach “My Profile.”
Options on this page:
Upload or change the profile photo (square/circle, 300px+). This photo will appear at the top right of your account.
Update password: Click to open a popup, enter a new password, and confirm.
Change full name.
The user’s role (e.g., admin or sales) is visible but not editable, as roles are assigned by the master admin.
Contact details: Update phone number (with country code) and email. For email, click “Update Email,” enter your current password, new email, and confirm.
Backup email: Add a backup email and click “Update Backup Email.”
Date of birth: Add or change it.
Address details: Add street, state (U.S. states listed), city (U.S. cities listed), and ZIP code. Click “Save Changes” to apply updates—unsaved changes are lost on reload.
In the “Billing” tab (visible to master admins, or team members if granted access):
Update payment method by adding card details (name, number, expiry, CVV, address, etc.).
Apply a promo code if needed.
View billing history (past payments/invoices that can be downloaded as PDF).
See the current plan (monthly/annual) and reactivate or change the subscription plan, confirming with card details.
