The Invoice table is the main workspace within the Invoices module. It displays all project invoices in a structured format, allowing you to review billing status, track payments, and access detailed project information.
Each row in the table represents a project with its associated invoice data, giving you a consolidated view of financial activity across your projects.

The table is organized into columns that display key information about each project and its invoices.

Understanding Table Data
Each row combines both project-level and invoice-level information. It will show the following columns:
Client & Project Name
Project Status
Project No.
Invoice Status
Days Due/Overdue
Total Project
Amount Paid
Amount Overdue
Amount Due
Amount Not Due
This combination provides a complete snapshot of the billing status for each project.
Navigating to Project Details
Click the customer or project name to open detailed project invoicing
The table allows you to access more detailed information for each project.
Clicking the Customer Name / Project Name opens the Project Invoicing page
This page includes invoice schedules, payments, and financial summaries
The user can use a sorting icon to sort the results. Clicking the column title will toggle the sorting order between ascending and descending. Sorting helps you quickly locate specific records or prioritize projects that require attention.
Editing Project Status
Update project status directly from the invoice table
The Project Status can be updated directly from the table.
Available statuses may include:
Not Started
Delayed
In Progress
Completed
Cancelled
On Hold
This allows you to manage project progress without leaving the Invoices module.
*NOTE: Every table in the system that shows project status gets updated if you modify the status in this part.
Invoice Status Indicators
Invoice status labels indicating Not Due, Due, Overdue, and Paid
The Invoice Status column displays the current state of the recent invoice in the project using labels:
Not Due
Due
Overdue
Paid
These statuses are calculated automatically based on due dates and payment activity.
In addition, the table may display how many days an invoice is overdue or approaching its due date.
