If you click the Visit All Notes option, you will see a screen showing all the notes your team members assigned to the project have written. You can add a visit note by tapping the + icon, and after the note is posted, you can edit it or delete it. You can filter notes too.
Attachments and Files within Notes
You can select a previous date when adding a note, but you cannot adjust the exact time. Notes added for past dates will always display a time of 12:00 AM. This helps indicate that the note was entered after the actual date, rather than in real time.
Any attachment (file, photo, video) added as part of a visit note will also automatically be visible under the Project photos/files section. These files will be located outside of any organized folders until the user who uploaded the note, or an administrator, moves the file to the desired folder location.
Visit Notes Filters
If a project has many visit notes, you can quickly find a specific one by sorting the list by date or by the employee who created the note.
Edit or Delete Visit Notes
You can also select a visit note and edit or delete it if necessary by clicking the Three-dot menu in the right side.
You can edit the visit note's date, the message and the attachment included in the note.
If you choose to delete the note, the system will prompt you to confirm. The deletion cannot be undone, but you can always create a new visit note.
Note: Master Admin, Admin/Office, Foreman, and Project Manager roles typically have permission to edit or delete visit notes. These permissions can be adjusted in the employee settings.
