Steps
1. Open the completed estimate
Once your estimate is complete and you have confirmed that the pricing, line items, and totals are correct, you can proceed to View & Send Proposal.
2. Click View & Send Proposal
Inside the estimate, click View & Send Proposal to begin the proposal flow.

3. Review the Payment Terms step
After clicking View & Send Proposal, the Payment Terms window opens first. This is where the payment schedule is reviewed before continuing to the proposal.
Once the payment terms are confirmed and saved, the system moves you to the proposal landing page.

4. Review the proposal landing page
On the proposal landing page, review the proposal before sending it to the client.
At this stage, you can confirm that the proposal looks correct and includes the right project details.

5. Send the proposal
Once you have reviewed the proposal, click Send Document in the top-right corner. From this dropdown, you can choose how you want to share or finalize the proposal.
The available options are:
Send Via Email to email the proposal directly to the client
Copy Shareable Link to copy the proposal link and send it manually
Send Link To My Email to receive the link in your own inbox
Mark As Approved if you want to manually mark the proposal as approved
Send Document dropdown with sharing options visible
