You can save your proposal settings as a named template and reuse it for different projects. This saves time when you have different proposal styles for different types of work.
Customize your proposal settings as needed
Click the template dropdown at the top of the Settings panel — it shows the currently active template (e.g. Default Estimate Proposal)
Click Add New Proposal to save the current settings as a new template
Give the template a name that reflects the project type — for example, "Hardscape Projects" or "Concrete Only"
Next time you open a proposal, select the correct template from the dropdown to apply those settings instantly
Note: You can create as many templates as you need. Each template saves all your toggle settings, colors, and preferences independently.
