Summary

Show Line Items Displays individual line items in the proposal summary. When enabled, each line item appears with its name, photo (if toggled on), client description, and total price.

Price Per Line Item Shows or hides the individual price next to each line item in the summary.

Show Breakdown When toggled on, reveals a detailed cost breakdown table for each line item. This section has its own set of sub-toggles you can control:

  • Combine Tables — merges all breakdown tables into one combined view instead of showing separate tables per line item

  • Qty & Unit — shows the quantity and unit of measure for each entry

  • Unit Cost — shows the cost per unit

  • Total Cost — shows the total cost column

  • Charge — shows the charge amount billed to the client

The breakdown also includes separate sections for:

  • Materials — with a Totals Only option to show just the materials total instead of itemized rows

  • Labor — with a Totals Only option

  • Subcontractors — with a Totals Only option

  • Equipment — with a Totals Only option

Tip: Use Totals Only for each category if you want the client to see the overall cost without the full itemized detail.

Proposal Total Shows the final total price at the bottom of the proposal.

Other

Payment Terms Shows or hides the payment schedule in the proposal. When enabled, clients can see the breakdown of payments — for example, 50% up-front and 50% upon completion.

Show Percentage Shows the percentage breakdown next to each payment term amount — for example, $2,941.88 (50.00%).

Next Steps Shows or hides a Next Steps section at the end of the proposal. Click the pencil icon to customize the message. Use this to guide the client on what to do after reviewing the proposal.
