Project Progress Indicator (Foreman View)

When a foreman clocks in and manages their crew’s time tracking, they gain access to additional project data that is not visible to other employees.

One of these elements is the Project Progress indicator. This feature reflects the project’s progress based on estimated man-hours, not just elapsed time.

How It Works

The progress bar compares the total hours worked by the crew against the estimated hours for the project. It uses color indicators to help the foreman quickly understand the project’s status:

  • Blue: Less than 75% of the estimated hours have been used

  • Orange: The project is approaching the estimated limit

  • Red: The estimated hours have been exceeded

Less than 75% of estimated project time consumed

75% - 99% of estimated project time consumed

Over 99% of estimated project time consumed

Note: Master Admin and Admin users with permission to access all projects can also view this progress bar.
