The Recently Used folder shows all templates you have added to previous estimates. This is the fastest way to reuse a template you have already worked with.
What you will see:
A list of templates in the center of the screen
Columns showing the template name, the project it was used on, and the estimate it came from
How to add a template from Recently Used
Option 1 — After selecting a template, the system will open a Select An Option pop-up. This lets you decide whether to add the template using the default template settings or copy the line item exactly as it appears in the original project. After making your selection, click Confirm to continue.
Option 2 — Use the three dots menu. Click the ⋯ next to any template and select Use Template. A pop-up will appear with two options:
Add the Estimate Template Default — adds the template with its standard default settings
Copy the line item exactly as is from [Client Name / Project] — copies the line item exactly as it was configured for that specific project, including any customizations made at the time
After selecting the templates and confirming how you want them added, they will appear in the Templates Selected section on the right. Once everything looks correct, click Save to add them to the estimate. The action will return you to the estimate page.
