How to Use the ZevBit Marketplace

Written by Jorge Arias Silva

The ZevBit Marketplace is a library of pre-built templates created and maintained by ZevBit. Use these templates to quickly add professional, ready-to-use line items to your estimate without building them from scratch.

How to Open the ZevBit Marketplace

  1. Open the estimate you are working on

  2. Click Add Line Item

  3. Click Select From Templates

In the Template Library, click ZevBit Marketplace on the left side

On the left side, you will see different categories of pre-built templates, such as:

  • Concrete

  • Landscaping

  • Hardscaping

  • Demo, Grading, Excavation, and Drainage

  • Fences

  • Decks

  • Pools

  • And more

Browsing Templates

  1. Click on a category folder to open it — for example, 02 - Concrete

  2. The center section will display all available templates in that category

  3. Use the Search bar to find a specific template by name

  4. Select the template you want to add.

When you click Save Selected Templates, a pop-up will appear asking how you want to save the selected Marketplace templates.

You will see two options:

Save Templates To My Account — saves the selected templates to your My Templates folder so they can be used later.

Save & Add Templates To Estimate — saves the selected templates to your My Templates folder and also adds them directly as line items to the current estimate.

They will be added to your My Templates folder, and once selected, you just click Save to be automatically taken back to the estimate landing page.

Updated Tab Actions

Use the Updated / New filter tabs at the top to switch between recently updated templates and brand new ones

When you open the Updated tab, the templates shown there are templates you have already saved in My Templates and that now have a newer version available from the Marketplace.

Because of that, instead of seeing a simple Select button, you will see these options:

Update — replaces your current saved version in My Templates with the latest Marketplace version. Use this when you want to keep your template up to date.

Create New Copy — saves the latest Marketplace version as a new copy in My Templates without replacing your current one. Use this when you want the updated version but also want to keep the version you already have.

Discard — removes that update option from the current view. This does not delete the template from My Templates. It only removes it from the Updated tab list.

Note: The templates shown under the Updated tab are Marketplace templates that already exist in your My Templates folder and now have a newer version available.
