Overview
The Filters panel is located on the right side of the calendar. It controls which events are visible on your schedule, helping reduce clutter and letting you focus on what matters most.
Show Completed
Use the Show Completed option to control whether completed events remain visible on the calendar.
When this option is checked, completed tasks and events will appear on the schedule.
When it is unchecked, completed items will be hidden from view.
This is helpful when you want to clean up the calendar and focus only on active or upcoming work.
Filter by Crew
Check or uncheck a crew name to show or hide their scheduled jobs on the calendar. This allows managers to focus on specific teams at a time.
Example:
Morgan Crew
Filter by Subcontractor
You can also filter events by subcontractor. Selecting a subcontractor shows only the work assigned to them.
Examples:
Gas Subcontractor
Electrics Oshea
Filter by My Calendar
The My Calendar section displays events related to your personal schedule, including phone calls, inspections, estimate consultations, design meetings, and other scheduled event types. If your Google Calendar is connected, events created in Google Calendar will also appear in this section and will be marked with their own color for easy identification. Likewise, events scheduled in ZevBit will also sync to your connected Google Calendar.
Examples:
Phone Call
Inspection
Estimate/Consultation
Design Meeting
Google Calendar
Filter by Other Calendars
The Other Calendars section shows events and tasks that are assigned directly to other users in the system. This can include items assigned to a foreman, crew member, salesperson, admin, or other team members.
Unlike the Crews or Subcontractors filters, this section focuses on events assigned directly to a person rather than to a crew or subcontractor group.
Use this filter when you want to show or hide the schedules of specific team members and quickly understand what has been assigned to them.
Filter by Not Scheduled
The Not Scheduled section shows approved jobs that have not yet been assigned a scheduled date or start time.
This usually appears when a client has already approved the estimate, but the work has not been placed on the calendar yet. It helps your team quickly identify approved projects that are still waiting to be scheduled.
Examples:
A client approved the estimate, but no start date has been set
An approved project is ready to move forward, but the schedule is still pending
Best Practice
Use filters daily to quickly switch between team views, job types, and pending work. This keeps the calendar organized and helps you focus on the most relevant schedule items.
