Not Scheduled Section

The Not Scheduled section is located in the Filters/Unscheduled panel on the right side of the calendar. It displays approved jobs that have not yet been placed on a specific date.

These items appear with a label showing how long ago they were approved, for example: "Approved 6 Days Ago"

How to Schedule an Unscheduled Job

Step 1: Open the Schedule module

Go to the Schedule module to access the calendar view.

Step 2: Locate the Not Scheduled section

On the right side of the page, use the Filters panel and scroll down until you find Not Scheduled.

This section shows approved jobs that have not yet been placed on the calendar.

Step 3: Drag the job onto the calendar

Click and hold the job listed under Not Scheduled, then drag it to the date where you want the project to begin.

For example, if you want the project to start on April 6, drag the job and drop it onto that date in the calendar.

Step 4: Select the crew

After dropping the job onto the calendar, the scheduling window will open.

From there, select the crew or team member responsible for completing the work.

Step 5: Set the work dates

Choose the dates that will be used to complete the project.

You can schedule the work across multiple days depending on the estimated project length.

For example:

  • April 6 to April 10

  • April 13 to April 15

This helps define how many workdays are needed and how the project will be distributed on the calendar.

Step 6: Review overlaps or conflicts

As you build the schedule, the system may show overlapping times or conflicting dates.

Review the selected dates carefully before saving to make sure the crew’s schedule is accurate.

Step 7: Save the schedule

Once everything looks correct, click Save.

After saving, the system may prompt you to send confirmation emails to the client and to the assigned workers so everyone is informed of the schedule.

Step 8: Confirm the job is no longer under Not Scheduled

After the job has been successfully scheduled, go back to the Filters panel and check the Not Scheduled section.

The project should no longer appear there because it has now been assigned to the calendar.
