Forecasted Field Labor Cost
This tab contains a single, simplified table where you define your total labor cost using a few key inputs:
Average Cost Per Man Hour (editable)
Enter the average hourly cost of your field labor. This should represent the blended rate across your workforce.Total Man Hours Worked Per Year (editable)
Enter the total number of billable hours your team is expected to work in a year.Forecasted Annual Cost (calculated)
This value is automatically calculated by the system based on:Average cost per hour
Total annual hours
How It Works
Instead of managing individual employees or crews, this tab allows you to:
Define labor using aggregated numbers
Quickly estimate total labor cost
Avoid detailed setup from the Team tab (used in Detailed Budgets)
As you enter values:
The total field labor cost updates automatically
The Field Labor summary in the top tab bar reflects the new total

Sales Goal
What You Can Edit
You can directly modify:
