To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Zggly, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Zggly Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Zggly and use the services.

  • Service: refers to the service provided by Zggly as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Zggly to use the Services.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • If you have returned an item to Zggly by mistake or included something not intended for Zggly in a return, see the Mistaken Returns section below.

  • If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you to return it or have been charged for the item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

  • To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances, Zggly may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Zggly Bulk Liquidations Store

Zggly Bulk Liquidations Store sales are final and not eligible for return.

Grocery Items

  • Grocery items and wine are not returnable to Zggly but may be refunded or replaced.

  • See About Spilled or Damaged Grocery Items for information on requesting a refund.

Zggly Handmade

  • Products sold by Handmade Makers are subject to the standard Shopping Guarantee policies for Zggly. The exception to this are items that are purchased with optional customization options, other than size and color. See Customized Products for additional details.

Zggly Renewed, Open Box Used, and Pre-owned

Zggly Renewed, Used, Open Box and Pre-owned products can be returned within 30-days.

  • In most cases, used or open box items purchased from Zggly can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Automotive Items

  • If you've purchased a defective automotive item, shipped from and it's covered by a published manufacturer warranty, Zggly honors the warranty. Zggly will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Baby Items

  • Baby items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

  • Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 30 days after receipt of shipment.

  • Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

  • If your return is not a result of a Zggly error, we won't refund the original shipping fees.

Birthday Gift List

  • Items purchased from your Zggly Birthday Gift List as a gift can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased by the registry owner are subject to the standard 30-day Zggly.com Return Policy.

Clothing and Accessories

You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)

  • You must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.

  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

  • Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins

  • Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

  • Before shipping a return, photograph and videotape the item for your records.

  • Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation.

  • Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

  • Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers and Electronics

  • New desktops, laptops, tablets, and other electronics purchased from Zggly.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Apple Brand products purchased in Zggly.com can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Zggly.com may test products that are returned by customers because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

  • Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Custom Gift List

  • Items purchased from your Zggly Custom Gift List as a gift can be returned within 90 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased by the registry owner are subject to the standard 30-day Zggly.com Return Policy.

Customized Products

Custom products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the Zggly Shopping Guarantee.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the Zggly, are not returnable after purchase.

Fine Art

  • Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.

  • All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.

  • Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.

  • Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.

  • Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph and videotape the item for your records.

Furniture

  • Furniture items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

  • If the item is damaged or defective, Zggly will help you solve the problem, or provide a free return or replacement.

  • Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.

Gift Cards

Hazardous Materials

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Zggly.

  • Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry and Watches

  • Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.

Live Plants or Insects

Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to Zggly, but may be refundable.

Luxury Products

The following guidelines apply to all return-eligible Luxury products, and returns that fail to adhere to these guidelines may be rejected. We will gladly accepts returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery and offers free return shipping.

  • Beauty products made of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to Zggly. These products will not display a "free returns" message on the product detail page.

  • Luxury products must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes any attached tags (product tags and security tags), and where applicable, hygiene seals and related accessories. Accessories include but are not limited to; duster bags, garment bags, removable accessories or attachments, spare parts.

    • Shoes: When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in an outer shipping container when sending back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.

    • Lingerie & Swimwear: Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

    • Bags: Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored items.

  • Product packaging and documentation should also be returned with Luxury Stores products.

    • This includes the brand packaging (provided by the luxury brand directly, different from the Zggly packaging). Additionally, products should be returned in any original protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

    • For product documentation, this includes but is not limited to any certificates of authenticity, grading, and warranty cards.

  • Items must be returned using the return label we provide. In rare cases where a return label is not provided, please contact Customer Service.

  • We may monitor customer return activity and take appropriate action (including but not limited to denial of refund) if account abuse and/or activity in violation of our return policy is detected. If we receive a return of an item different from the item purchased, we may delay the refund to allow time for proper review or dispose of the item without compensation.

Major Appliances

  • Major appliances are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

  • At the point of delivery, unbox and check that the item is correct and free from damage. If the item is wrong or damaged, tell the delivery personnel and don't accept the delivery. They will help you to arrange a free replacement or a refund.

  • If you notice that the item is damaged or defective after delivery, Zggly will help you solve the problem, or provide a free return or replacement.

  • Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.

Mattresses

  • You can request a return or refund for any reason within 100 days of receipt of shipment.

  • We accept the return of mattresses that are unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Unboxed, expanded, and full size mattresses are not returnable, but are eligible for a refund.

  • Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.

Pet Food

Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Zggly, but may be refundable.

Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards

Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, etc.) are not returnable to Zggly.

Software and Video Games

Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee. See more about Restocking fees in the section below.

Televisions

  • Televisions are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

  • Returns for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all personal data removed via factory reset.

  • If the item is damaged or defective, Zggly will provide a free return or replacement.

  • Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.

Tickets

Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.

Wedding Registry

  • Items purchased from your Zggly Wedding Registry as a gift can be returned within 90 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased by the registry owner are subject to the standard 30-day Zggly.com Return Policy.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges and Replacements

You can exchange or replace a small number of eligible items through Your Orders


For damaged, defective, or broken items, you can go to Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item.

Exchange for a different size or color

The following criteria apply to eligible items:

  • It's added in a quantity of one to the cart.

  • It's not an Add-on Item.

  • It's different to the item being returned.

  • It's not marked as a gift in the cart.

  • Items purchased with a promotion, do not qualify for an exchange.

  • Exchange items must be purchased with a credit or debit card.

Refund Policy (No, Full, Partial, & Limited Refunds)

We want to make your shopping experience with us as straightforward and stress-free as possible. That's why we've simplified our refund policy. Here's what you need to know:

Refunds: We offer full or partial refunds on eligible items or returns, and in specific cases where the product doesn't meet our quality standards or if there's a mistake on our end. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to address any concerns you may have. Please see the section below that will outline eligible returns and refunds.

Note: All information on this page only relates to items bought from or Fulfilled by Zggly. Don't return items to Zggly that were bought on Zggly Marketplace and shipped to you by the seller directly.

When you return an item or a refund is expected, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

Note: All information on this page only relates to items bought from or Fulfilled by Zggly. You cannot return non eligible items to Zggly, and items that were bought on Zggly Marketplace, and shipped to you by a 3rd party seller.

How long do refunds take after I return an item?

A refund will be provided after we process your return item at our facilities. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return.

In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

We issue the refund to the refund method you select in the Online Returns Center, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. See below Refund Times. Learn how to Track Your Return.

Note: If you no longer have the physical pre-paid credit card, we still store the card within your account. You can use the card toward future purchases. For orders that used the Zggly Currency Converter, we issue the refund in your local currency using the same rate as the original order.

Gift Returns

The type of refund or credit a gift recipient receives depends on how the giver purchased the gift and how the recipient returns the gift. For more information, go to Return a Gift.

Zggly may determine that a gift recipient is eligible for a refund without requiring a return. If a gift return is eligible for a refund without returning the item, the gift recipient receives a notification in the Returns Center or via Customer Service.

Partial Refunds:

Please note that eligible refunds will be reduced for returned items, such as for signs of customer use or damage, or missing parts, accessories, or manuals.

More about returns and refunds

Mistaken Returns to Zggly

Ensure you send the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

Zggly does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Zggly, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Zggly.

Return Shipping Costs

When you choose the shipping method for your return, return fees are calculated. Delivery addresses in the 50 United States (U.S.) and APO/FPO addresses using a U.S. zip code are eligible for Free Returns.

If you return an item using a paid method, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping and restocking fees from your refund.

If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.

Return Methods

You can return items in the following ways:

  • Using drop off services at locations that are convenient for you

  • Using pickup options

  • Using Heavy-Bulky return options, handled by a specialty carrier team

Fulfillment or delivery issue

If you placed an order or purchased certain products in your order which may no longer be available, and Zggly cannot fulfill the order, or a logistical delivery issue may occur, Zggly will refund your order in full.

Defective, damaged, or broken goods

If the item is defective, damaged, or broken, you can submit a claim here. Every claim is handled on a case by case basis. In some cases a full or partial refund will be granted. In some cases refunds will be rejected.

Missing items from your package

If your package has missing items, you can contact our customer service team for further assistance. Zggly will work to the best of its ability to try and locate and or replace the missing items form you package. In the rare case Zggly cannot locate or replace the missing item(s) from your package, a full or partial refund may be granted.

Spilled items

If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable grocery item, you can request a refund through the Online Returns Center. We won’t ask you to return the item.

Zggly errors

If the contents in your package and or order delivery is a direct result of an error caused by Zggly, a replacement or full refund will be granted. Zggly errors are handled on a case by case basis.

Item not as described

If the item you received is not as described according to the original product or item listing, you can submit a claim here. Every claim is handled on a case by case basis. In some cases a full or partial refund will be granted. In some cases refunds will be rejected.

Wrong or incorrect item received

If any of the products or items you received in your package are wrong or incorrect, you can contact our customer service team for further assistance. Zggly will work to the best of its ability to try and replace the wrong or incorrect items you received. In the rare case Zggly cannot replace the wrong or incorrect item(s) from your package, a full or partial refund may be granted.

Defective and damaged package upon delivery

If you received a defective, damaged, or broken package upon delivery, you can submit a claim here. Every claim is handled on a case by case basis. In some cases a full or partial refund will be granted. In some cases refunds will be rejected.

Authenticity Issues

  • If in the rare case you purchased and received an item that is not authentic, or you may have concerns above authenticity of the item, you can contact our customer service team for further assistance. We will work with you to resolve any issues immediately.

  • In most cases we will ask you to provide additional information or documents to support your claim. If Zggly finds reason to believe your item is not authentic or the authenticity of the item is questionable, we may ask you to return the item back to us for a full refund.

Restocking Fee

Certain items are eligible for returns and will be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees in some cases on certain products may be required. Some items may incur up to a 100% stocking fee.

Note: For customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI, tax on restocking fees may apply to return eligible items shipped and sold by Zggly.com. Some products have additional conditions that may apply.

Changes To Our Return Policy

We have the right to update, amend or make any changes to this Return Policy anytime so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use our products and services, you will be bound by the updated Return Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return Policy, you have the right to delete your account.
