Setting up automated messages

Each module allows you to send automated messages via email or SMS to chase customers, suppliers, or colleagues at your business.

They can be triggered to send immediately when a Quotation, Job/Sales Order, Invoice, etc., moves to a new status, which is ideal for building automated processes.

Additionally, they can be set up to send after a set number of days or on a date - for example, to chase quotations, payments, PO acknowledgements, etc.

Examples are:

Follow up a quotation with the customer

Chase a supplier to acknowledge a Purchase Order

Escalate when a supplier has not responded

Letting a customer know their order is ready for dispatch (on a Job/Sales Order)

Letting a customer know their order has been dispatched when the supplier updates a PO

Letting a customer know their order has been dispatched and include an item list (Delivery Notes)
