You must start the activation through the Ziina app:
Open the Ziina app
Tap My Violet
Select ClassPass
Tap Open ClassPass
Follow the instructions in the ClassPass app to complete your enrollment
Important:
You must use the same email address linked to your Ziina account.
ClassPass uses this email to verify your eligibility and apply your monthly credits.
If you already have an existing ClassPass account, you’ll need to contact ClassPass Support to request assistance with activating the Ziina Violet benefit on your account.
Ziina Support is unable to modify or merge existing ClassPass accounts.
