What happens if my ClassPass email is different from my Ziina email?

If the emails do not match, eligibility cannot be confirmed.

In this case, please contact the ClasPass support, so their CX team can update your ClassPass account email to match the Ziina account email.

Once the email is updated and eligibility is confirmed, the transition to the Ziina plan will proceed, and the credits will be available.
