Yes. The benefit follows both Ziina’s rules and Washmen’s Terms & Conditions.

Key restrictions include:

  • Orders under “The Finery” are not eligible

  • Cashback is capped at 50 AED per month

  • The benefit is personal and non-transferable

  • No cash alternatives, rollovers, or refunds

  • All usage must comply with Washmen’s Terms & Conditions, including their policies for account use, service rules, promotions, and cashback handling.
