The right support channel depends on where the issue is happening:

Issues with activation inside the Ziina app

If you’re having trouble accessing or activating the Yango benefit from the Ziina app (for example, the redirect doesn’t work or the benefit doesn’t load), please contact Ziina Support.

Issues related to Yango services

For any issues after you’ve been redirected to Yango — including rides, cashback, Yango Plus, Yango Drive, or Yango Play — support is handled directly by Yango.

Yango Drive

Yango Plus / Yango Play

  1. Open the Yango Play app

  2. Tap My Yango

  3. Tap your name/profile

  4. Select Contact Support

Important: Ziina cannot access or manage Yango accounts, subscriptions, cashback, or ride-related issues. These are fully handled by Yango’s support team.
