What preventive measures does Ziina take?

We may:

  • Place holds on suspicious transactions

  • Block your card if we detect potential fraud

  • Require in-app verification for online purchases that need additional authentication — you'll receive a push notification to approve or decline directly in the Ziina app

  • Monitor transaction patterns for unusual activity

If we suspect fraud, we'll contact you and may temporarily freeze your account until the issue is resolved.
