If the AED 100 charge doesn't go through when your free trial ends, you have a 3-day grace period to sort it out. Your Violet benefits stay active during those 3 days.
How to keep your membership
Within those 3 days, either:
Top up your Ziina wallet so there's enough balance for the charge, or
Update the UAE-issued card saved on your account under My Plan.
If the payment still doesn't go through
Your account is moved to Ziina Lite automatically after the 3 days. There's no penalty and no outstanding amount to pay — you simply won't have Violet benefits anymore.
You can subscribe to Violet again at any time from My Plan.
