We’re excited to inform you that there are no subscription, sign-up, or hidden fees. For every payment you receive, Ziina charges only 2.6% + 1 AED per transaction. If the payment is made using an international card or in a non-AED currency, an additional 1.5% fee applies. Please note that all fees are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is applied only to the fee amount (for example, 5% of the 2.6% + 1 AED), not to the total transaction value.
