Once customers start ordering your item, you can begin communicating with them. Good communication helps build trust and ensure that customers have a pleasant buying experience. This means the customer will shop with you again and even leave good feedback on the listing.

To message your customers, go to the eBay Seller Hub by clicking on the Sell button in the top right corner.

Go to the Orders tab then click on the All Orders section. Here you can see each sale that the customers have made along with the details.

Click on the drop-down menu next to the Sell similar button on the listing. Next, click on the Contact Buyer option. You will be redirected to the chat page of the buyer.

Type in a message for the customer, or you can check out these feedback templates hacks. Additionally, you can also add photos to the message, but that won’t be necessary in most cases. Once done, click the Send message button.
