Once you have shipped the product, it is important to inform the customer of the tracking number.

Click on the edit button and it will open a window where you can add or edit the tracking number. Paste the tracking number provided by the carrier and click Save and continue button.

Type in a message for the customer informing him that the item has been shipped including all the tracking information and the tracking link then click Send message button
