ZIK Analytics allows you to connect your store, giving you an easy way to track your store's performance and obtain analytical insights that provide with an in-depth analysis of your store, such as your sell-through rate and total revenue. Check out the video we have prepared for this guide!
Step 1: Go to the Add Store Page
To access the Add Store, on the left side bar menu click the Dashboard > then Ny Dashborad tab click the Add Store button.
Alternatively, click on the Management Panel icon on the menu, choose Store Analytics, and finally click on the Add Store button.
Step 2: Enter your eBay ID
On the Store Analytics page, you will see an text box where you can type your eBay ID and click the Add Store button.
If you don’t know your store ID, please go to the eBay website and log in to your account. On the main page, click on the My eBay button in the top right corner and then choose the Summary option.
Alternatively, click on the Hi *username* button in the top left corner. Here you can see your account ID below your name and next to your profile picture.
Click on the eBay ID and then copy it from the ensuing page.
Once done copying, please return to the Store Analytics tab and paste your eBay ID in the input box. Finally, click on the Add Store button.
Your store is now connected to ZIK Analytics. You will be redirected to your store’s main page where you will be able to see all the status and other relevant information about your store.
