Effectively optimizing your product listing is a key strategy to organically increase sales. Making basic changes such as improving the title and description can significantly attract customers and secure conversions. This guide introduces ZIK Analytics' Title Builder tool, empowering you to create winning product titles seamlessly. For a more visual experience, check out the tutorial video prepared for you.

Step 1: Access the Title Builder Tool

The Title Builder tool provides crucial data, including average searches and sales for specific queries. This helps you understand customer preferences and improve your ranking on search result pages. Simply click on the Title Builder icon on the left side bar menu to access the tool.

Step 2: Set Filters and Search

The Title Builder tool offers a user-friendly interface to search for relevant titles. Enter the product name you intend to sell and click on the Search button. It's recommended to keep the search query broad, allowing ZIK Analytics to generate suggestions. A precise query may yield fewer results.

For example, instead of searching for "Expandable Accordion Dog Gate Wooden Pet Folding Fence," search for "Dog Gate" You can also apply filters for more accurate results, as discussed below:

Shipping Location: Select the shipping location where you’re products are being shipped from. If your desired country is not listed, choose "All Locations."

Sales Date Range: Choose the number of days for sales data display (e.g., 30, 21, 14, or 7 days).

Marketplace: Select the marketplace where you plan to list your products and analyze your result

Exclude phrase: Specify keywords you want to avoid in your product title. For instance, if you're not selling an iPhone, exclude the phrase "iPhone" to filter out irrelevant results.

Step 3: Build a Winning Title

Upon clicking the Search button, you'll receive a wide range of suggestions to construct your title effectively.

The results are divided into two groups: Long Tail Keywords (specific keyword combinations commonly searched by buyers) on the left and Generic Keywords (broad one-word terms which are in-demand found in titles) on the right.

The Long Tail Keyword is crucial as it reflects what people are searching for. This should form the main part of your title. Each keyword idea displays the Average Searches, Competition, and Sales it generated.

Strive to strike a balance between Competition and Sales count to optimize your title. Excessive competition may hinder audience attraction, whereas very few average searches mean people aren’t searching for your product.

Simply click on any keyword idea and it will automatically be added to the title box on the top. You can add additional words to the title from the Generic Keywords ideas on the right.

Customize your title as desired, and the title box will display the number of characters you're using (maximum 80 characters). Once satisfied, click on the Clipboard icon to copy the title to your listing.
