Navigating eBay policies can be challenging for sellers, especially when it comes to VeRO violations and restricted items. Stay informed and compliant with eBay's policies to ensure successful selling on the platform.

⚠️ Verified Owner Rights Program: It is there to protect sellers' IP rights to make sure that the listings are compliant and sellers are protected.

❗ Note: The eBay Vero List is not comprehensive, you may get reported even if the item isn’t listed on the Vero list. In these instances, it could happen if you are using trademark terms in your listing even if it isn’t in the VeRO list.

There are a few items that can get you in trouble for Vero Violations on eBay, such as:

  • Trademark Infringement

  • Selling replica or counterfeit items

  • Misusing brand names

  • Misusing logos

  • Warranty issues
