Saving content from Facebook using Zimzee allows you to save posts, including text and video ads, directly to your account for later reference, analysis, or collection.
Zimzee makes it seamless to use while browsing.
Here’s how to save both text and video content from Facebook:
Step 1: Log into your Facebook account and browse through the feed or the Facebook ad library, or go to specific pages to find content you want to save.
As you hover your mouse over a post (text or video), look for the Zimzee icon that appears automatically.
Step 2: Saving Text Ads or Posts
For text posts or ads that are not showing all the text, click 'See More', to expand the text fully. This ensures you capture all the content in the ad.
Click the Zimzee icon near the post.
Click the ‘Add to bucket’ button that appears on the Chrome extension that opens. This action saves the content to your Zimzee account.
To Save Video ads, the process is similar to that for text:
Locate a Video ad or post:
Find a video ad in your feed.
If the video ad includes text not fully visible, expand this text by clicking on the 'See More' link.
Click in the 3 dot menu, and click"Embed"
To save, simply click the Zimzee icon and click the ‘Add to bucket’ button that appears on the Chrome extension that opens.
PLEASE NOTE: for videos from the Facebook Ad Library, you do not need to use Embed, just simply click the Zimzee icon, and save.
*For Ads, Zimzee will save the content along with any text, calls to action text, and even the LANDING PAGE!
