How do I change my payment date?

To change your payment date in the Zip app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Zip App: Tap on the Orders tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select Your Order: Choose the order you want to adjust.

  3. Change Payment Schedule: Scroll to the bottom and tap Change payment schedule.

  4. Choose New Date: Select a new payment date for your next installment, up to 7 days from the original date. Future installments will adjust accordingly.

  5. Confirm Changes: Tap Continue, review the new schedule, and confirm.

Important Notes:

  • First Change Free: Each calendar month, your first payment date change is free. Additional changes that month may incur a $2 fee per change.

  • Account Hold: After changing a payment date, your account is on hold until the next installment is paid, preventing new purchases during this period.

  • One Change Per Order: You can modify the payment date only once per order.

If a $2 fee applies, it's added to your upcoming installment and charged on the new due date shown in the app.
