If you have not received your order and would like more information on it (tracking, shipping, order status, etc.), or, if you are looking to return an item for a refund, you will need to reach out to the merchant directly.
Please note that unless a merchant has issued a full refund back to Zip for your order, you will still need to complete your remaining Zip installment payments on time.
If you have tried to get in touch with a merchant regarding your missing order, and have not heard from them in over a week, please reach out to Zip Support and provide any supporting evidence related to your missing order.
