How do I know if I have finished my payments? Is my account paid off?

You can check your orders in your Zip app by tapping Orders in the menu. Active orders will appear in the Open tab, and paid off orders will appear in the History tab.

You can also view your current and past orders in the Zip Customer Portal.

Simply navigate to Orders > View Order and you'll be able to see which installments have been paid and which installments are still outstanding.
