How to Update Your CloseBot AI Agent Knowledge Base V2

Log into your CloseBot account with the password you set up initially and navigate to Knowledge on the left hand side > Knowledge library:

There are 3 ways to add information to your CloseBot AI Agent:
1. Create a Text File (Recommended)

2. Web Scrape
3. Upload a File

To create a Text File, select 'Create Text File'. Then add in your information to the File content box and Name the file clearly:

To Create a Webscrape file, Select 'Webscrape'. Then add in your website page link (please note, it is our recommendation to do specific pages e.g pricing page):

To Create an uploaded knowledge base File, Select 'upload' and then choose the file from your computer. Please note it is important the file is named clearly on the computer so you can easily see the file in the Knowledge Library:

Once you've added your knowledge bases we need to add this to the AI Agent. Select the 3 dots on the right of the knowledge base and select 'Edit Sources':

In the Search location bar select your location and select save:

In Future if you need to see what is in a specific knowledge base or you need to edit this information you can click the 3 dots on the right of the knowledge base and select edit:
