If you need a Zapier account you can set one up at www.zapier.com

You can send data OUT to Zapier (initiate a zap) via an Pipeline stage change.

However, if you want to push data INTO ZipLeads you can perform a larger range of options including:

- Add a new Contact

- Add a contact to a Campaign

- Add or Update an Opportunity

- Stop all Campaigns to a Contact (Lead)

- Add a Task

  1. Log into your Zapier account and then please head to the above link to accept the invitation and then select 'create' > New Zap:

  2. In the Zap editor, click on the Trigger box and search for 'ZipLeads' name from the list of apps.

  3. Under the account section of the trigger setup, click on the “Sign In” or "Select" button:

  4. You will be redirected to the screen below and will be asked to enter API key.

  5. For the API Key we need to Create a Private integration token from ZipLeads Settings Menu > Private Integration:

  6. Add a name for the Private integration and description (You can put the same as the name).

  7. Click on next and add scopes as per below screenshot and hit Create:

  8. It will then give you a Private integration Key that you can copy and use as your 'API Key' for the Zapier box:

  9. Paste the Key in the box and select continue:

  10. You can then use the Trigger to select Pipeline Stage changed and set up your Zap from here:

  11. Now your ZipLeads account is connected to Zapier you can create different Zaps where data is sent to Zapier when the Pipeline stage changes, or from a different platform that is a Zapier app you can now send information to ZipLeads from that Platform for example to create contacts, add opportunities and add tags depending on the compatibility from your other platform.
