With recent updates made to the Memberships area of your ZipLeads platform, we are now transitioning away from Legacy Memberships to Client Portal. Client Portal gives you access to a more unified setup experience for courses and memberships.
Migrating to the Client Portal is also a troubleshooting step for when users are having trouble logging into the Course Site.
Once the migration is complete, users can continue to use legacy membership credentials even inside the new client portal.
To start the migration:
1. From the main left-hand menu of the platform go to "Memberships" .
2. Open Courses and navigate to the settings area for your site.
4. To begin the migration make sure you are in the "Site Info" area and click the "Learn More" text.
5. Follow the on-screen steps to move to Client Portal settings.
6. Once you select Migrate, you will be prompted to connect your domain/subdomain. Select "I'll do it later" as your Subdomain will already be set-up and can be further customised later.
7. Your migration will now be complete. You can choose to further customise your Client Portal Subdomain via Courses > Settings > Domain set-up. Please email team@zipleads.com.au for assistance for a custom branded client portal URL.
Note: You will also need to update your Membership Triggerlink to match your new client portal subdomain.
This will ensure that all automated course welcome emails include the new Client Portal login link.
You can do this in Marketing > TriggerLinks > "Membership Login Link" and selecting the Three Dots > Edit.
