The Slim Panel sits on the right side of the Conversations screen. You can expand or collapse it whenever you like. It brings key information and features into one place, so you don't have to leave the conversation you're working in.

Inside the Slim Panel, you can switch between the Contact, Appointments and Opportunity views with one click.

This means you can get to the details and features you need from within Conversations itself. There's no need to jump between different parts of ZipLeads. It's designed to make your work quicker, simpler and more productive.

You can add, edit and manage a contact's details right from the panel. This includes their name, phone number and email, as well as owner details, tags, campaigns and DND (Do Not Disturb) settings. It's an easy way to keep your contacts up to date without losing track of the conversation.

You can book new appointments, see upcoming and past appointments, and reschedule them, all from the right panel. There's no need to click through multiple screens, so it's easy to stay on top of your schedule.

You can create new opportunities, see all existing opportunities linked to a contact, and edit opportunity details, all in one place.
