Conversation AI Activity in Audit Logs helps you track when AI agents are activated, deactivated, paused or reassigned in ZipLeads. You can see what triggered a change, who made it and when it happened. This makes it easier to troubleshoot unexpected agent behaviour.

What Is Conversation AI Activity in Audit Logs?

Conversation AI Activity records changes to AI agent status and assignments. These records help you understand why an agent stopped responding, was paused, or why another agent took over a conversation.

You can review activity across your account or for a specific contact.

Key Benefits of Conversation AI Activity

Audit history gives you more visibility into agent behaviour, so you can look into changes yourself without waiting on support.

  • Track Agent Changes: See when agents are turned on, turned off, paused or reassigned.

  • Identify Triggers: Understand whether a change came from a workflow, an appointment booking, a human handover, an agent action or a user update.

  • See Who Made Changes: Identify the user responsible, or System for automated actions.

  • Troubleshoot Faster: Find out why an agent stopped responding or another agent took over.
