The Shopping Cart Element lets you show product information, pricing and checkout links right inside your emails. It helps you promote products, recover abandoned carts and encourage customers to finish their purchase. All the while, your email stays visually appealing and focused on conversions.

What is the Shopping Cart Element in Email Builder?

The Shopping Cart Element is a drag-and-drop block that adds product details and checkout links to your email. It's usually used for abandoned cart reminders, product recommendations or limited-time promotions.

You can customise each item's image, name, description, price and button link. This gives you full control over how your products look in the email layout.

Note: The Shopping Cart Element doesn't process payments itself. Instead, it sends people to your website or store checkout page to complete their purchase.

Key Benefits of the Shopping Cart Element

Using the Shopping Cart Element in your email design has several benefits:

  • Show product details and pricing in a clean, structured layout.

  • Add "Buy Now" or "Return to Cart" buttons with direct checkout links.

  • Drive conversions with visually optimised cart reminders.

  • Easily customise colours, spacing and fonts so everything stays on brand.

  • Fully responsive, so it looks great on both desktop and mobile.

How to Set Up the Shopping Cart Element

Follow these steps to add and set up the Shopping Cart Element in your email template:

  2. Open an existing template, or click the + New button to create one.
