Adding video and audio to course lessons is faster when you can reuse media you've already uploaded. With Import from Media Storage, you can pull existing audio and video files straight into your lessons. There's no need to upload them again or manage duplicates. This article shows you how to use the Import from Media Storage feature in ZipLeads Courses.

What is the Import from Media Storage feature in Courses?

Import from Media Storage lets you attach audio or video files already stored in ZipLeads Media Storage to a course lesson. Instead of uploading the same file again, you pick it from Media Storage and import it into the lesson.

This keeps your content library organised and cuts down on repetitive work. It's especially handy when you use the same video or audio across several lessons or courses.

Key benefits of Import from Media Storage in Courses

  • No duplicate uploads: Import existing audio or video instead of uploading the same file over and over.

  • Faster course building: Add lesson media in a few clicks using content that's already in Media Storage.

  • Centralised content management: Keep your course media organised in Media Storage so it's easy to reuse.

  • Cleaner workflows: Reduce duplicate file versions and make media updates across courses simpler.
