Can an affiliate be part of more than one campaign?
Yes. An affiliate can join as many campaigns as you like. Each campaign gives the affiliate their own unique affiliate link.
When you set up your products, don't link the same product to more than one campaign. If you do, your numbers will be skewed.
My affiliate campaign won't publish. What can I do?
The colour next to each campaign shows its status. Green means the campaign is 'Live'. Red means the campaign is 'Paused'.
A campaign is created in a paused state if:
Stripe is not connected
No affiliates have been added
Where can I find the affiliate links for each campaign?
Each affiliate gets a unique referral link for every campaign they're part of. This makes sure their referrals are tracked accurately. To see these links:
Go to the Affiliate section.
Click the affiliate name.
Scroll down to the Active Referral Links tab.
Here you'll see a list of every campaign the affiliate is part of, along with the matching referral link URLs.
How can I change the domain used for affiliate referral links?
If you haven't added a branded domain to your account, affiliate campaign URLs use the default domain. You can add your own branded domain in Settings -> Business Profile -> Branded Domain. Once it's added, all your affiliate campaign URLs will update to use the new domain automatically.
Here you can see the default domain being used in the URL.
Go to Settings to add your own branded domain.
Once it's added, your affiliate campaign URLs will update to use your branded domain.
