QR codes for calendars, services and rentals make it easy to send customers straight to your booking pages. In ZipLeads, you can create QR codes for supported booking destinations. You can also use prebuilt QR codes straight from the calendar, service or rental itself. Prebuilt QR codes are already linked to their destinations. They give you quick access to scan activity, design options and downloads. This guide explains how to create, access, customise and manage these QR codes in ZipLeads.

What are QR codes for calendars, services and rentals?

These QR codes let customers open a supported booking or scheduling page by scanning a QR code.

You can create QR codes with the ZipLeads QR Code Builder. You can also use the prebuilt QR codes that come with supported calendars, services and rentals.

Prebuilt QR codes are connected to their destinations automatically. You don't need to create and set up a separate QR code for each booking page.

Key benefits of QR codes for calendars, services and rentals

QR codes make it simple to share your booking pages. They also help you track engagement and manage codes from the tools you already use.

  • More booking destinations: Create QR codes for supported calendar, service, rental and related booking destinations.

  • Ready-to-use QR codes: Use prebuilt QR codes that are already connected to their destinations.

  • Direct product access: Open QR codes straight from supported calendars, services and rentals.

  • Scan insights: See Scans and Last scanned information for each QR code.

  • Easy customisation: Change the QR code design without recreating the destination.

  • Flexible downloads: Download supported QR codes as PNG, SVG or PDF.

  • All in one place: Find prebuilt and manually created QR codes in the main QR Codes area.

Before you start

Start with an existing calendar, service, rental or other supported booking destination that you want customers to open.

  • You need access to the ZipLeads account that contains the booking destination.

  • The destination options available depend on the QR code type you choose.

  • Prebuilt QR codes are already connected to their booking destinations.

  • You can still create QR codes manually in the QR Code Builder.

Note: Always scan a QR code before you share or print it, to check that it opens the right booking page.
