ZipLeads lets you pay your affiliates using PayPal Auto Payouts or any manual payment method you like. If you pay manually, you need to mark those payouts as completed in ZipLeads. ZipLeads also offers some faster options to make the process easier.
Payout options available in ZipLeads
Auto Payouts via PayPal (fastest): Pay affiliates straight from your ZipLeads dashboard using the PayPal Payouts API. You don't need to log in to PayPal or mark payouts as paid yourself.
Bank Payments: Pay affiliates manually through your bank or another method. Then mark the payouts as paid in ZipLeads.
How payouts work
Handling affiliate payouts takes two key steps:
Generating payouts: ZipLeads creates payouts automatically. It uses your campaign commission settings and the payout term you've set. Payouts appear in the Pending tab for you to review.
Paying affiliates and marking payouts as paid: You can use automated PayPal payouts or a manual method. Here's how each one works.
1. Auto Payouts using PayPal (fastest option)
The PayPal Payouts API is the quickest and most cost-effective way to pay several affiliates at once. After a one-time setup, you can pay affiliates securely without leaving ZipLeads.

2. Paying affiliates manually
If you'd rather pay by bank, you can process the payments yourself and then mark the payouts as paid in ZipLeads. Here's how:
Go to the Payouts page: Open the payouts section in ZipLeads.
Approve payouts: In the "Pending" tab, approve the payouts you want to process.
Switch to the Approved for Payout tab: Go to the "Approved for Payout" tab. All your approved payouts are listed here.
Select payouts
Click "Pay"
Note: Only admins with the Pay Affiliate Manager Payout permission can see the Pay action. If this permission is turned off, the Pay action is hidden.
Switch to the Bank tab.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Download the CSV if you need it to process the payments outside ZipLeads.
Once the payments are done, come back to ZipLeads and click Mark as Paid.
Important: Check for refunds and chargebacks before you approve payouts. Refunds for one-time products and subscriptions are not automatically taken off Affiliate Manager commission payouts.
Important note: Configuring payout methods for affiliates
You can choose which payout methods (PayPal, Bank Transfer) your affiliates can use.
How to set it up:
Go to Affiliate Manager → Settings.
Click Affiliate Portal Settings → Configure Payout Methods.
Select the payout methods you want to turn on.
Save your changes.
Affiliates will only see the options you've turned on, which keeps the payout process simple.
Always turn on at least one payout method so your affiliates can choose how they want to be paid.
By following these steps, you can pay your affiliates on time and without fuss, whether you use automated PayPal payouts or a manual method.
