Learn how to embed, share and connect your Forms, Surveys and Quizzes using the Integrate tab in ZipLeads. Everything is in one place: live embed previews, prebuilt QR codes, email options and Workflow connections. You can set up and share your content without jumping between different parts of your account.

What is the Integrate tab for Forms, Surveys and Quizzes?

The Integrate tab brings all your sharing and integration options together inside the Form, Survey and Quiz Builders. It replaces the old Integrate button and gives you four integration options.

Share	Share direct links, use social sharing options and customise QR codes.
Email	Add Forms, Surveys and Quizzes to existing or new emails.
Connections	View linked Workflows and start new ones.

Embed

The Embed option lets you set up how a Form, Survey or Quiz looks on a webpage. The live preview shows supported setting changes as you make them, so you can pick the right layout before you copy the embed code.

Embed types

Customise the selected layout using the available settings

Setting	Description
Choose Type	Select Standard, Popup, Popover or Sidebar.
Position	Adjust the supported display or button position.
Width and Height	Set the available form dimensions.
Button Settings	Customise the label, colour, type and size.
Appearance	Adjust the supported corner radius and font settings.

The settings change depending on the embed type you choose. You may find more options under the Advanced tab.

The Share option gives you several ways to share your Forms, Surveys and Quizzes. Each one comes with a direct link and a prebuilt QR code, so it's easy to share online and in printed materials.

Sharing option	Description
Direct Link	Copy the URL to share in messages, emails or other channels.
Social Sharing	Share through supported social platforms.
QR Code	Customise and download the automatically created QR code.

Prebuilt QR codes mean you don't need to make a separate code for each Form, Survey or Quiz yourself.

Email

The Email option lets you add a Form, Survey or Quiz to your emails straight from the Integrate tab. The email integration itself works the same way it always has.

Use Existing Template	Pick an existing email template to include your Form, Survey or Quiz.
Create New Email	Start a new email and add your Form, Survey or Quiz.

Connections

The Connections option shows you which Workflows are linked to a Form, Survey or Quiz. You can check existing connections or start a new Workflow without searching through the Automation area.

Option	Description
Connected Workflows	View Workflows linked to the selected Form, Survey or Quiz.
Create Workflow	Start creating a new Workflow.

When you create a Workflow, set up the right submission trigger, filters and actions before you publish it.

Note: Seeing connected Funnel steps and Website pages is a planned improvement and isn't included yet.

How to set up and use the Integrate tab

The Integrate tab lets you embed, share, email and connect Forms, Surveys and Quizzes from one place. Choose the option that suits your goal and follow the steps below.

Go to Sites > Forms, Surveys or Quizzes and open the item you want to integrate.
Select the Integrate tab in the builder.
Choose the integration option you want:
- Embed: Select an embed type (Sidebar, Popover, Popup or Standard), customise the settings under General or Advanced, and check the live preview. Click Embed code > Copy code, then paste the code into your website editor and publish.
- Share: Copy the direct link, pick a social sharing option, or customise and download the prebuilt QR code.
- Email: Select an existing email template or create a new email to include your Form, Survey or Quiz.
- Connections: View linked Workflows or click Create Workflow to set up a new automation.
Click Save to save your Form, Survey or Quiz. The window that appears after saving gives you options to Share, Embed or Create a Workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I preview my Form, Survey or Quiz before embedding it?

Yes. The Embed tab shows live previews for all embed options. You can adjust supported settings and see the changes straight away.

Q: Do I need to create a QR code for each Form, Survey or Quiz myself?

No. ZipLeads automatically creates a prebuilt QR code for each Form, Survey or Quiz. You can customise and download it from the Share tab.

Q: Has the Email integration changed?

No. The Email integration works the same as before. You can now reach it from the Integrate tab.

Q: Can I see which Workflows are connected to my Form, Survey or Quiz?

Yes. The Connections tab shows linked Workflows and lets you start creating new Workflows right from the builder.
