Why customise your calendar?
If you want to keep your brand consistent, all your assets should use the same colour scheme.
Customising assets such as booking calendars helps you stand out to your audience. It also helps you look neat and professional to customers and prospects.
In the image below, the company's logo is clearly red, but all the elements in the calendar are blue. To keep the brand consistent, the colours in the calendar should be red to match the logo.
How to customise calendar colours
Follow the steps below to customise your calendar colours.
IMPORTANT: You can ONLY customise the colours of your calendar if you are using the NEO calendar style.
Step 1: Go to Calendar Settings
To customise your calendar colours, you'll need to go to the calendar settings section. Go to the CALENDARS tab in the main navigation. Then click the CALENDAR SETTINGS button in the secondary navigation at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Edit the calendar
In the calendar settings section, either create a new calendar or open an existing calendar to edit its colours.
Click the 3-dot icon on the far right of the calendar table, in the column titled "ACTION DROPDOWN". A small popup will appear with a button labelled "EDIT".
Click the "EDIT" button to start editing that calendar.
Step 3: Go to the "Customisations" tab
Once you're editing your calendar, you'll see a small navigation bar on the left of your screen. The bottom option in this navigation is labelled "CUSTOMISATIONS".
Click the "CUSTOMISATIONS" tab to adjust your calendar's colours.
Step 4: Customise the colours
In the "CUSTOMISATIONS" tab, scroll down until you see the colour pickers. There are 2 options for changing the colours in your calendar: Primary Colour and Background Colour. For each option, you can set the colour using a HEXA code or by sliding the picker around the colour selector.
HEXA - These codes begin with a # and are used by many businesses to keep an exact brand colour across all their business assets.
COLOUR SLIDER - Click the small circle in the colour picker, then slide it around to pick the exact colour that fits your brand or style.
