Open the Quiz Builder.
In the left panel, click + Add Section.
From the section picker, select Individual Category.
Click the new Individual Category section in the left panel to expand it.
Select the category you want to customise.
In the right panel, find Display Category. Choose whether the content should apply to Highest Score or Lowest Score.
