How to set up the Zoom integration with your ZipLeads calendars
There are two built-in ways to connect your Zoom account. Both create meeting links automatically for calendar bookings. You can connect Zoom through your personal profile or straight from your calendar settings. Either way, your clients get a Zoom link without you lifting a finger.
Method 1: Connect Zoom from "My Profile"
Go to My Profile in the Settings navigation bar.
Go to the Calendar section and click the Video Conferencing tab in the secondary navigation ribbon.
Click the blue + Add New button.
Click the blue Connect button next to Zoom. A Zoom login window will appear. Sign in to your Zoom account and authorise access.
Method 2: Connect Zoom from Calendar Settings
Go to Calendar Settings in the Settings navigation bar.
Click the Connections tab in the secondary navigation ribbon.
Select the Video Conferencing tab under Connections.
In the Video Conferencing section, click the blue Add New button.
Click Connect next to Zoom. Sign in to your Zoom account and authorise access.
Check your connection status
To check whether your Zoom account is connected, go to My Profile > Calendar Settings > Video Conferencing. If your account is connected, it will show here.
If Zoom is disconnected and then reconnected, ZipLeads automatically creates Zoom links for upcoming appointments that were booked while it was disconnected and are missing links. You don't have to update each appointment yourself.
