How to Integrate Zoom

Integrating Zoom with your platform allows Zoom meeting scheduling to be directly synced to your ZipLeads appointment calendar to prevent double booking. A unique Zoom link will also be generated for each of your scheduled meetings, providing additional security to your online meetings.

The following article goes through the steps of how to set up this integration.

  1. Option A: Settings > My Profile > Calendar Settings > Video Conferencing > Blue "+ Add New Button" > Blue "Connect" button



    Option B: Settings > Calendars > Connections > Video Conferencing > Green "+ Add New" Button > Green "Connect" button


  2. In the Pop-up window, log into Zoom and follow the connection prompts to complete connection

Adjusting your Meeting Location

Once you have integrated Zoom with your platform, you can choose to have all future meetings assigned to your profile take place on Zoom, where the system will generate a unique meeting link for each appointment. Alternatively, you can choose to update your meeting location for a specific calendar which you are assigned to (e.g., All meetings assigned to you on the Online Consultation calendar will be on Zoom with a unique meeting link).

All future appointments on Zoom:

  • Settings > My Profile > User Availability > Meeting Location > Connect Zoom




Calendar specific Zoom appointments:

  • Settings > Calendars > Edit pencil on your chosen calendar

  • "Select Team Members & Assign Meeting Location" > Meeting Location (for your profile) > Zoom
