This article will explain how you can add a signature element to your form. This is helpful if you need a signature from someone. To add a signature element to a form, follow the below process:
Navigate to Sites > Forms
Click on the form you wish to add a signature element to or create a new form from scratch
Click on ‘add element’ to the left of the screen
Click on the ‘custom fields’ tab
Click on ‘add custom fields’ and select ‘signature’ under others
Next next and name this element. You might like to simply call this ‘signature’ and save. You will now see ‘signature’ under your list of custom fields
Drag the ‘signature’ custom field onto the area of the form you would like to place it
You have now added a signature element to your form which will enable the person filling out the form to sign.
