This video shows how to add a signature field to your forms. Any signatures will be saved to the contacts record as part of their form submission.
This article will explain how you can add a signature element to your form. This is helpful if you need a signature from someone. To add a signature element to a form, follow the below process:
- Navigate to Sites > Forms 
- Click on the form you wish to add a signature element to or create a new form from scratch 
- Click on ‘add element’ to the left of the screen 
- Click on the ‘custom fields’ tab 
- Click on ‘add custom fields’ and select ‘signature’ under others 
- Next next and name this element. You might like to simply call this ‘signature’ and save. You will now see ‘signature’ under your list of custom fields 
- Drag the ‘signature’ custom field onto the area of the form you would like to place it 
- You have now added a signature element to your form which will enable the person filling out the form to sign.
