This article will explain how to use the ‘Go To’ function within a workflow. This function allows you to jump around in a workflow and even create a recurring workflow. It is very helpful if you would like actions in the workflow repeated after certain steps without having to recreate these steps.
To add a go to step, follow the below steps:
Click into the workflow you would like to add this to and click the ‘+’ icon where you would like to add this action
Search for the Go To function and select
Name your action to describe what it is doing and save action
This will then prompt you to select the action you would like to go to. In this example, I want to send the SMS again if the contact does not reply so here I would click on the SMS action
You will then see your go to action has been set with a dotted line now connecting the ‘No’ step back to the ‘SMS’ step.
