This video will show you how to integrate with an outlook calendar.

Please use the link below for the form mentioned within the video:

How to integrate your Outlook calendar

If you have an Outlook Calendar, you have the option to sync this within your account. This is beneficial as it will not only sync your appointments booked in your account to your Outlook calendar, but if you have something you scheduled in your Outlook calendar, that time slot will be blocked out of your calendar in your account so you don’t risk double booking yourself.

Please note:

  • The Outlook integration only works for team calendars

  • You can read and write calendar events to Outlook

  • Only one Outlook account can be connected to one user in a single location

  • Only Office 365, Outlook.com, Live.com or Hotmail calendars are supported

To integrate your Outlook calendar to your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the below link and fill out the form. You will need to input your full name, agency email and outlook location ID:

To get your Outlook location ID, copy this from your URL when you are inside your location

2. Click ‘Get Access!’. Your outlook access will be granted in your account within a few minutes

3. Go back into your account and click into Settings > My Profile

4. Scroll down to ‘Integration’. You will then see the option for ‘Outlook’. Click ‘connect’

5. If you aren’t already signed into your account, you will have to sign in at this point and agree to the terms for LeadConnector to access your information

6. Your Outlook account will now be connected successfully

7. To the right of the screen, you will now see ‘Calendar Configuration’. This will show the primary calendar and to check for conflicts

8. Under ‘primary calendar’ click edit and select the calendar you just synced and save. You can now close this window

9. Click edit next to ‘Check for conflicts’ and you can find all of your calendars within your Outlook account. You can select the calendars you wish to check for conflicts. ‘Check for conflicts’ will only read calendar events from Outlook however not sync appointments made in your account to this Outlook Calendar.
