Integrating Stipe
This article covers how to set up payments for calendar appointments. This will mean that if a contact chooses to schedule a meeting, a payment will be required.
To set up payments for appointments you will first need to integrate your payment system with ZipLeads (Article linked above).
Once integration is complete:
Edit your chosen calendar - Settings > Calendars > Edit pencil icon.
From the Calendar Sub-menu select the "Forms & Payment" tab.
Scroll down to the Payment sub-section and toggle on "Accept Payments".
Adjust the required payment:
Total payment - Add the total charge and the currency for payment .
Partial payments - if you would like to set up partial payments, toggle on "accept partial payments". You will then set up a deposit amount or percentage that will need to be paid during booking.
Add a payment description.
If you would like to test your paid appointment calendar, adjust your payment mode settings by toggling it onto "Test"
Note: No transitions will take place when your calendar payment settings are in Test mode. Do not forget to turn your Payment mode live once testing is complete
